You get the idea – skinny dipping is amazing.
That is why I can’t collect enough great dip recipes. They are incredibly useful for parties, spontaneous hosting (“Oh, you want to pop by tonight?” — Am I the only one with family in D.C.??!!??) and even relaxed weeknight dinners.
This yogurt, cucumber and mint dip is pretty much the answer to everything. It is excellent paired with veggies and pita, or drizzled over salads, veggie burgers and various fritters (like these zucchini fritters!). Or, if you’re like me, you can eat it right off the spoon…(Yeah, not proud…)
